Entry Rules & Info

10 WRCA teams accepted. 2 full go rounds Friday and Saturday at 7:00 pm. Other events taking place: team roping, matched horse races, & food truck showdown.

Books open Monday, February 2. Print and mail entry form, entry fee $2750/team made to Stout Ranch Rodeo (1 check per team), a brief history/description of the ranches and drawing of brand. The rodeo will have a 90% payout plus buckles to the winning team. Must text a copy of WRCA team card to Jodi (936-870-5081) by March 15. Team Captain will be notified if your team has been chosen to compete.

LOCATION: The Expo at Glen Rose | Glen Rose, Texas

DATE: April 24 & 25, 2026 (7 PM start time. Arena is air-conditioned).

ENTRY FEE: $2,750/team, 90% payback with buckles to the winning team. Make checks payable to: Stout Ranch Rodeo

Payout with 10 Teams:

Purse: $25,000

  • 1st Place: $10,000

  • 2nd Place: $6,000

  • 3rd Place: $3,000

  • 4th Place: $1,000

  • $1,000 to event winners (5 events)

*Payouts are based on a full 10-team roster.
